Funeral services for Mr. Henry Colonel Bissell, 90, of Bastrop/Oak Ridge, LA are scheduled for 2 PM Monday, June 18, 2012 in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Sunday, June 17, 2012 from 6 PM - 9 PM at Golden Funeral Home.

Mr. Bissell retired from International Paper Company in 1985.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Hazel Lee Bissell; children, Earline Beal and husband Kenneth, Douglas Bissell and wife Julia, both of Bastrop, LA, Henry Bissell and wife Tonya of AR, Deborah Jones and husband Charles of Bastrop, LA; thirteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.

Mr. Bissell is preceded in death by his parents, Henry Custer and Callie Lee Bissell and granddaughter, Tina Bissell.
